If you want 100 articles for your web site, go ahead and post a project. It could be as low as usd 10 for 5 articles. Even then there will be 100 coders. You have to evaluate the coders and their work. Right? Let us give one sample to each ( different one for each) and ask each coder to submit for evaluation. And in no time, you have 100 articles ready. Now, you have a choice - 1. to cancel the order - actually no one bothers.
2. Go ahead and order on one coder for usd 5 or 10 , so that RAC is happy and atleast one coder is happy.

One advantage with second option is that you get a good ranking and more coders will be willing to come your way :-)
